At SLON Sports Management, we are a company dedicated to the training, development and management of young talents in professional football. Our main headquarters are located in Castellón, a vibrant city in the Valencian Community, known for its Mediterranean climate, picturesque landscapes and proximity to nerve centres such as Valencia and Barcelona. This privileged environment allows us to combine sports development with an exceptional quality of life.
Founded by two football enthusiasts, Pablo García Alagarda and José Clemente Barreda, SLON Sports Management brings together professional experience, academic training and a strategic vision to offer a comprehensive approach to sports career management.

Pablo García
Pablo García Alagarda, a former Valencia CF and Villarreal CF youth player, combines his experience in regional football with a solid background in Business Administration from the Jaume I University of Castellón.
His unique approach allows him to help young talents manage their careers, maximising opportunities both on and off the field.
José Clemente
José Clemente Barreda brings more than 10 years of experience in the lower categories of CD Castellón, together with a solid academic background in Law and an international MBA obtained after two years as a student-athlete in the United States, in the states of New York and Connecticut.
His strategic approach and global vision allow it to manage sports talents with a multidisciplinary perspective, promoting the comprehensive development of players.
